    A flavorful meal when the sun is rising or setting. You’ll enjoy this quick-to-make rice dish with turkey sausage and egg whites any time of the day.



    1. Heat a large sauté pan and add turkey sausage.
    2. Cook until sausage begins to break apart, then add in bell pepper.
    3. Continue cooking until sausage is crumbled and browned and the red pepper is tender.
    4. In separate sauté pan scramble liquid egg whites and set aside.
    5. Heat rice according to package instructions in the microwave.
    6. Serve turkey sausage and pepper mixture with egg whites over rice.
