    About this dish

    An Asian-inspired classic that brings together the aromatic fragrance of Jasmine rice, the green goodness of broccoli and the sheer yumminess of tender beef.

    Ingredients

    • 2 pouches UNCLE BENS® READY RICE® Jasmine Rice
    • Non-stick cooking spray
    • 1-1/2 pounds beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
    • 3 cups broccoli florets, blanched
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce  

    Instructions

    1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
    2. Coat a large skillet with non-stick spray and sauté the beef until browned.
    3. Add the garlic, green onions, broccoli and soy sauce; sauté for 1 minute.
    4. Serve beef and broccoli over rice or combine into one dish.
